The preparing method of the environment-friendly asphalt reclaiming agent comprises the steps that the waste engine oil, the waste rubber powder and the aromatic light oil are mixed, the petizing agent is added after swelling is achieved at the normal temperature, the mixture is stirred evenly, and a mixed solution is obtained; the mixed solution is subjected to microwave irradiation, and a thick solution is obtained; finally, the petroleum resin and the anti-ageing agent are added into the thick solution, the mixture is mixed evenly, and the environment-friendly asphalt reclaiming agent is obtained.
