The hippophae rhamnoides extract is prepared by the following steps: 1) drying hippophae rhamnoides fruits, so that dried hippophae rhamnoides fruits are obtained; 2) crushing the dried hippophae rhamnoides fruits to 100-800 meshes so as to obtain hippophae rhamnoides powder; 3) at 4-25 DEG C, soaking the hippophae rhamnoides powder in water for 1-10h, and ultrasonically extracting for 10min-6h so as to obtain a hippophae rhamnoides extracting solution, wherein the mass-volume ratio of the hippophae rhamnoides powder to the water is 1 to (2-15); and 4) filtering, collecting the hippophae rhamnoides extracting solution and drying the extracting solution, so that the hippophae rhamnoides extract is obtained.
