Abstract

The polymer micropowder is a semicrystalline polyamide micropowder, the molecular main chain contains a repeated amide group -[NHCO]-, the melting point is 245-390 DEG C, the glass-transition temperature is 55-185 DEG C, and the particle size is 1-50 mu m. The matte ABS resin composition is obtained by pre-mixing the above raw materials in a high-speed mixer for 3-10 min and then performing extrusion granulation on the premix through a double-screw extruder. Compared with the prior art, the ABS resin composition with excellent matte effect is directly prepared through a one-step process, the preparation method is simple in technology, the prepared ABS resin composition is super low in luster, and the problems that luster distribution is not uniform, physical and mechanical performances are deteriorated and technology is complex are solved.
