Abstract

The invention provides a novel sensor based on displacement amplifying device automatic identification technology. The sensor can be applied for shaft force measurement in civil engineering monitoring field. The sensor comprises a mechanical part and a computer vision system. The mechanical part comprises an end cover, a fine tuning pedestal, a fine tuning rod, an elastic body, a displacement amplifying device clamp, a displacement amplifying device, a fixed base plate and a tubular body. The displacement amplifying device is fixed in the elastic body via the displacement amplifying device clamp. The computer vision system is arranged in the tubular body which is connected with the elastic body. When the elastic body bears axial pressure and deforms, a pointer of the displacement amplifying device will deflect, and after processing of the computer vision system, deflection quantity of the elastic body can be obtained. By use of the deformation quantity of the elastic boy, the value of the shaft force borne by the whole sensor can be calculated. The sensor is high in precision, convenient to install and maintain, free form interference of electromagnet field, highly reliable and long in service lifetime.
