The offline data acquiring stage comprises the following steps: adopting an access point clustering mechanism based on wireless access point (AP-Access Point) correlation coefficient, clustering the wireless AP, wherein influence caused by the change of the wireless AP change is reduced, and the positioning precision is improved; meanwhile, a short-time path memory WKNN (weighted K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm is provided aiming at the linear environment, a positioned result within a minute before is stored in a database as the short-time path memory data, and then the weight is distributed according to time order, the computation complexity is greatly reduced, and the positioning efficiency is improved. The method disclosed by the invention is in full consideration of the problems that a WIFI signal is unstable and the wireless AP is large in change, so that the influence of the adding and the removing of the wireless AP to the positioning is reduced, and the positioning precision and the positioning efficiency are improved.
