A usual preparation method of Chinese patent medicines is adopted, and the oral traditional Chinese medicine preparation clinically applied is prepared after addition of conventional auxiliary materials, including an injection, tablets, capsules, powder, a decoction and the like. The preparation takes effect quickly and is short in treatment course, high in cure rate and low in cost when used for treating the cerebral atrophy.
