The emulsified oil is prepared from, by weight, 1-5 parts of anti-wear reagents at extreme pressure, 5-15 parts of surface active agent, 5-15 parts of antirust agent, 5-15 parts of oiliness agent, 0.01-0.1 part of antifoaming agent, 0.1-1.0 part of bactericide, 5-10 parts of water and 60-80 parts of refined mineral oil. By means of the technical scheme, the problems are well solved, and the emulsified oil can be used for industrial production of ordinary low-carbon steel wire drawing emulsified oil.
