Abstract

The invention discloses a video streaming media data distributing and pre-caching method based on UDP (User Datagram Protocol) broadcast. The method comprises the following steps: adding preset packet header information into each video cache data packet to be transmitted, and fusing broadcast features of wireless channel transmission; distributing and transmitting video streaming media data in a UDP broadcast-based way; and pre-caching received data packets in combination with a video data pre-caching method based on decision tree judgment. The method is used for transmitting and caching the video streaming media data in a mobile ad hoc network constructed by a smart phone through an ad-hoc mode of a wireless network card. Through adoption of the method, a data transmission frequency and a data transmission amount in the mobile ad hoc network are lowered greatly; channel collision times and local data transmission overhead during data transmission in the mobile ad hoc network are reduced; a network capacity and a data transmission efficiency of the mobile ad hoc network are increased; and a communication efficiency in the mobile ad hoc network is increased effectively.
