The mass ratio of sodium sulfocyanate, imidazoline and a derivative thereof, an acid pickling fog inhibitor, aniline and pure water is as follows: (3-8): (10-20): (5-15): (5-10): (47-77). The invention provides the preparation method of the chlorohydric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor, five substances are sequentially put into an agitation vessel in a certain mass ratio and then stirred and dissolved, so that the chlorohydric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor can be obtained. According to the chlorohydric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor and the preparation method thereof, five substances are compounded and used in a certain mass ratio; during chlorohydric acid pickling, the corrosion inhibition effect of the chlorohydric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor on low-carbon steel is superior to any one used separately of the substances; and besides, the dosage is smaller than that of existing domestic chlorohydric acid pickling corrosion inhibitors, so that the acid pickling reagent cost can be saved.
