Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid fresh cocoon detection and automatic sorting and picking device based on checker cocooning frames. The rapid fresh cocoon detection and automatic sorting and picking device comprises a frame containing dish (3) for containing the checker cocooning frames (2), a frame containing dish conveying rail (4) and a sorting and picking mechanism. The frame containing dish (3) is put on the frame containing dish conveying rail (4). The sorting and picking mechanism comprises a silkworm cocoon recognizing mechanism and a silkworm cocoon picking mechanism. The silkworm cocoon recognizing mechanism is used for recognizing the types of silkworm cocoons in the checker cocooning frames (2) on the frame containing dish (3) and determining the positions of the silkworm cocoons of the corresponding types according to the shapes and colors of the silkworm cocoons. The sorting and picking mechanism at least comprises a first cocoon picking mechanism (5) and a second cocoon picking mechanism (6) which are located at different positions in the conveying direction of the frame containing dish conveying rail (4). The sorting procedure and the picking procedure are integrated in the same procedure, the automation degree is high, and the sorting and picking efficiency is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of silkworm cocoon picking devices, in particular to a fast detection and automatic sorting and picking device for fresh cocoons based on a grid. Background technique [0002] Since the 1980s, my country has promoted the use of grid cells in sericulture production as an important measure to improve the quality of silkworm cocoons and cocoon silk. Compared with other cocoons, the grid cocoon has a higher cocoon loading rate, fewer cocoons on the lower legs, clean cocoon threads, and is convenient for cocoon picking and cocoon picking. Nowadays, the grid box has become a widely used box tool in my country's sericulture production, especially the cardboard box box is the most widely used. With the extensive use of grid sacks, related technologies and equipment for automatic cocoon picking of grid sacks have emerged. However, these technologies are complex in structure and still require manual assistance. Cocoon, foot c...
