When the nodes monitor that the target changes slowly, inhibition hormone is transmitted and sampling frequency of the nodes is reduced; and when the target changes quickly, tropic hormone is transmitted and sampling frequency of the nodes is enhanced. When hormone concentration change of the nodes is abnormal, an abnormal node processing mechanism is triggered. If the nodes are not anchor nodes, position-unknown abnormal node coarse positioning is realized by a convex programming algorithm, then positioning correction is performed by using anchor node hormone information to acquire position information of the abnormal node, and finally the position information and monitoring data of the abnormal node are transmitted. Sampling effectiveness and accuracy can be guaranteed and the life cycle of the network can be effectively prolonged simultaneously.
