The transmitting-centralized heat management device comprises transmitting channels and a centralized heat storage device. The centralized heat storage device comprises a plurality of heat storage units. Each heat storage unit comprises a base body and a framework distributed in the base body. The base body is composed of shape-stabilized phase-change materials. The framework is provided with a plurality of external interfaces located on the outer surface of the base body and a conduction pathway located in the base body, and received heat is transmitted to the base body through the framework. The transmitting channels are made of directional heat conduction materials or heat pipes and connected with heating sources and the external interfaces. The heat storage units made of various materials are arranged, each heat storage unit is made of different heat storage materials, and thus heat distribution and optimization are achieved. A large quantity of latent heat can be absorbed by the shape-stabilized phase-change materials, temperature rise is small after heat absorption, and the self weight is low; the appearances of the heat storage units are not changed after phase changing, and the whole centralized heat storage device is stable in structure.
