The method comprises the specific steps: determining a benchmark semi-diameter of a benchmark circular ring based on a MAPSK modulation standard constellation diagram, and performing power normalization processing on an acquired MAPSK to-be-estimated carrier frequency signal; screening constellation points in the constellation diagram of the MAPSK to-be-estimated carrier frequency signal after the power normalization processing according to the benchmark semi-diameter of the benchmark circular ring, and performing N power operation on the screened MAPSK to-be-estimated carrier frequency signal, and performing FFT (fast Fourier transformation) solving operation on the N power operation result to obtain an N power frequency spectrum of the MAPSK to-be-estimated carrier frequency signal; and then performing modular operation on the N power frequency spectrum of the MAPSK to-be-estimated carrier frequency signal, wherein the frequency corresponding to the highest spectral line is N times of the carrier wave frequency of the MAPSK to-be-estimated carrier frequency signal, thereby determining the carrier wave frequency of the MAPSK to-be-estimated carrier frequency signal.
