The aggrecanases inhibitor combined with in-vitro cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel provided by the invention has properties of sustained releasing drugs, can effectively alleviate rat osteoarthritis, promote expression of proteoglycan of osteoarthritis knees and inhibit expression of degradation products of proteoglycan.
