The on-line diagnosis server system comprises an application server and a database server, wherein the application server is used for retrieving data stored in the database server. A digital camera built in the microscope system is connected with the database server, picture signals shot by the digital camera are stored in the database server, and a doctor accesses the application server through a web browser and conducts remote consultation on a patient.
