The pipe body is composed of a single steel pipe layer, an anticorrosion layer coated on the single steel pipe layer and a heat preservation layer arranged outside the anticorrosion layer in a sleeving mode. The vortex-induced vibration abatement devices are arranged outside all the vertical straight pipe segments and all the horizontal straight pipe segments.
