The preparation method comprises following steps: a mint oil micro-capsule solution is added into viscose fiber slurry for mixing; and an obtained mixture is subjected to spinning; wherein weight amount of mint oil accounts for 10 to 20% of the total weight of the mint oil micro-capsule solution. The mint oil micro-capsule solution is prepared via emulsification-solvent diffusion method. Compared with the prior art, the antibacterial fiber is low in volatility, high in medicine stability, and high in mint oil content; effect lasts for a long time; the preparation method is stable and reliable, and is convenient for implementation in production.
