The component 1 is water soluble polyester; the component 2 is polyester PET containing conductive powder; and the component 3 is PTT or PBT. Weight ratio of the component 1 to the component 2 is 10:90-70:30; weight ratio of the component 3 to the component 2 is 30:70-70:30; and the amount of the conductive powder accounts for 20 to 50% of weight of the component 2.
