The dust collecting heat exchange chamber and the two combustion chambers are surrounded by a water channel system. The water channel system comprises a water inlet, a water inlet sleeve, an outer chimney water jacket, a central heating water jacket, a forcible heating water inner container, smoke chamber water jackets, combustion chamber water jackets and a water outlet which are communicated in sequence. The flowing direction of water in the water channel system is opposite to the flowing direction of a heat source in the heat source flowing system, full heat exchange between water and flame and smoke can be facilitated, high-temperature smoke stays for a period in the smoke collecting and heat exchanging chambers, the smoke is discharged out from the chimney after waste heat is recycled, the temperature of the discharged smoke is only about 65 DEG C, and practice has proved that compared with a traditional boiler, energy can be saved about 60%.
