Problems solved by technology

Specific methods, such as using buffer salt extraction, microwave heating and other methods, but after testing, it was found that the purification effect of these methods on organic phosphorus, pyrethroids, organic chlorine and other pesticides is still limited, and many pesticides are still covered by impurities; in addition, Pesticide losses from microwaving samples were also not properly accounted for

Abstract

The invention discloses a chromatographic column for analyzing multiple pesticide residues in a complex matrix and an application method thereof, belonging to the field of pesticide residue monitoring. The present invention firstly discloses a chromatographic column for the analysis of multi-pesticide residues in a complex matrix, including a chromatographic column tube and packing, wherein the packing includes the following components: anhydrous sodium sulfate, graphitized carbon and silicic acid magnesium. The present invention further discloses a method for analyzing multi-pesticide residues in a complex matrix by using the chromatographic column, which includes the following steps: (1) pre-washing the chromatographic column with eluent; (2) adding eluent to the sample to be purified. Remove the solvent and dissolve to prepare the sample solution; (3) add the sample solution to the chromatographic column treated in step (1); (4) elute with an elution solvent, collect the eluent, and obtain. The purification effect of the chromatographic column of the invention is good, the chromatographic peak of the target compound is clearly identifiable, the recovery rate of the sample is high, and the operation method is simple and fast.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chromatographic column, in particular to a chromatographic column for analyzing multi-pesticide residues in a complex matrix (such as onion, ginger, garlic, etc.) and an application method thereof, belonging to the field of pesticide residue monitoring. Background technique [0002] The analysis of multiple pesticide residues in complex matrices is a technical difficulty in the detection of pesticide residues, especially complex matrices such as onions, ginger, and garlic. There are a lot of sulfur-containing compounds in the matrix such as onion, ginger, and garlic, which seriously interfere with the determination of pesticides in the matrix. It is believed that the alliinase present in it degrades alliin into extremely unstable allicin, and allicin is rapidly degraded into sulfides, sulfonates, ethers, etc. (H. Zhang et al., Food Chemistry, 108 (2008) 322–328). And alliinase exists in the cell vacuole, before the cells ar...
