Abstract

The invention discloses an isolated culture method of saussurea involucrata stem cells and an application of the saussurea involucrata stem cells in preparation of an anti-senile product. The method particularly comprises the following steps: taking tender leaves of saussurea involucrata, and sterilizing; firstly, separating the saussurea involucrata stem cells by virtue of a solid culture medium, and then carrying out subculture by virtue of a liquid culture medium, wherein the solid culture medium contains an inorganic salt, vitamin, amino acid, auxin, saccharides and activated carbon; and the liquid culture medium contains an inorganic salt, vitamin, amino acid, auxin, saccharides and an additive. The activity of SOD in the cells is improved by a human adipose-derived stem cell extract, thus the attack and the damage to the cells caused by oxygen radicals generated by ultraviolet radiant inducement are reduced; and the death rate of the cells is reduced, thus the effect of protecting the cells is achieved, and the anti-light aging efficacy is achieved.
