The preparation method comprises the following steps: a. weighing 20-30 parts of a wetting agent, 0.1-0.8 part of preservative, 55-65 parts of deionized water and adding the weighed materials into a reaction vessel, heating the materials to be at 88-98 DEG C, and boiling until the solution is viscous; b. adding 50-70 parts of silicon dioxide, 2-10 parts of menthol, 1-12 parts of an adhesive, 0-0.5 part of essence, and 0.1-1 part of a sweetening agent into the reaction vessel while stirring, stirring for 1.5-2h, adding 1.5-5 parts of foaming agent, stirring continuously for 0.5-1h, adding 1-5 parts of safflower carthamus and coral ginger extracting solution, and stirring for 10-12min; and c. transferring the materials in the step b onto a grinding machine for grinding for 2.5-3h; and d. packaging the ground material in the step c under a vacuum condition to obtain a finished product.
