The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting senecio scandens and rheum officinale according to the weight ratio into 500ml of 75% alcohol, soaking for 5-7 days, and filtering for later use; soaking radix sophorae flavescentis and pericarpium zanthoxyli according to the weight ratio in 200ml of white vinegar for 5-7 days, and filtering for later use; uniformly mixing a proper amount of the two filtrates, and applying the medicinal liquid to an affected position by using a cotton swab 2-3 times a day; and decocting the rest medicinal materials with a proper amount of water, and bathing with the decoction once a day.
