An LED (Light Emitting Diode) light source module comprises a light guide film, an LED light source which is arranged facing the light guide film, an optical micro-structure which is formed in one side of the light guide film and a gel layer which is arranged on the optical micro-structure; the refractive index of the gel layer is smaller than the light guide film; a light emitting portion is further formed in the light guide film; light emitted from the LED light source enters the light guide film sequentially through the gel layer and the optical micro-structure and is separated from the light guide film from the light emitting portion.
