The production method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly stirring buckwheat and drinking water according to the mass ratio of 1 to (0.8-1.2) in a flour mixer, and standing for 30-40 minutes; (2) adding drinking water which is 2-3 times of the mass of the buckwheat while stirring until paste is formed, filling a food-level plastic bag with the prepared buckwheat paste, exhausting air and sealing the opening; (4) after the prepared buckwheat paste bag is cured, performing finishing forming and natural cooling, and storing the buckwheat bowl holder under the temperature of 10-15 DEG C. A conventional buckwheat bowl holder manufacturing technology is thoroughly changed; novel production technologies of filling the plastic bag with the buckwheat bowl holder paste, emptying air in the bag, sealing the opening of the bag and performing curing are adopted, so that curing and sterilization are simultaneously realized for the buckwheat bowl holder paste.
