Embodiment 1

[0016] A coating method of a modified coating for improving the water repellency process:

[0017] 1. Preparation of silk fibroin solution:

[0018] Place the silk fiber in a sodium carbonate solution with a mass concentration of 0.5%, add distilled water whose volume is 100 times that of the sodium carbonate solution, and bathe in boiling water for 30 minutes. After the above operation has been repeated twice, wash the silk fiber with distilled water to obtain pure silk fibroin. Shred after drying at 50°C. Configure a calcium chloride:ethanol:water ternary system with a molar ratio of 1:2:8, heat and stir in a water bath at 75°C, and then add pure silk fibroin to the ternary system in batches until it is completely dissolved, that is, The brownish-yellow silk fibroin solution was obtained, which was dialyzed with deionized water, filtered and concentrated to obtain a silk fibroin solution, which was put into a refrigerator for later use.

Embodiment 2

[0024] A coating method of a modified coating for improving the water repellency process:

[0025] 1. Same as Step 1 of Example 1.

[0026] 2. Same as Step 2 of Example 1.

[0027] 3. Polyester fabric is added with 15g.L -1 The fluorine-free waterproofing agent is used for water-repellent treatment, and the squeeze rate is 25%. Take the modified coating glue in step 2 and coat it on the polyester fabric after water-repellent treatment, and the coating amount is 9.6g.cm -2 , baked at 140°C for 2 minutes, and tested the water resistance and moisture permeability of the modified coated fabric and the original fabric.

Abstract

The invention discloses a coating method of a modified coating for improving water repellency. The coating method comprises the following steps: using silk fiber as a material, dissolving silk fibroin in a calcium chloride-ethanol-water ternary system to prepare a silk fibroin solution of which the solid content is 36.2 g.L<-1>; using 10 g of a water-based coating adhesive, the silk fibroin solution which is 3 percent by mass of the water-based coating adhesive and a formaldehyde-free cross-linking agent which is 3 percent by mass of the water-based coating adhesive, mixing the silk fibroin solution and the formaldehyde-free cross-linking agent first, then adding the water-based coating adhesive, adding a polyurethane thickener, stirring and dispersing the mixture, coating a polyester fabric added with 10-20 g.L<-1> of a fluoride-free waterproof agent, baking the polyester fabric for 2 min at 140 DEG C, wherein the coating quantity is 9.6 g.cm<-2>; detecting the moisture penetrability and the water repellency of the modified coated fabric and the original fabric. Compared with the prior art, the moisture penetrability of the coated fabric is maintained, and meanwhile the water repellency of the coated fabric is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of textile chemical industry, in particular to a coating method of a modified coating for improving water-repellent technology. Background technique [0002] Fabric coating, as the name suggests, is to coat a layer of other materials on the surface of the fabric. This also shows that fabric coating has two processing objects - base fabric, coating material, and a technology that combines the two - coating technology. Coating technology in a broad sense also includes lamination, that is, applying a layer of adhesive on the base cloth, covering it with a layer of film or other materials, heating and pressing to form a composite fabric; or the film itself is the adhesive material, Bond the base fabric with other materials. In a narrow sense, it is the process of scraping the coating material onto the surface of the fabric. The coating method of the fabric coating should be selected according to the product requirement...
