Abstract

The gating system comprises an edge gating riser, a direct gating riser, a main runner and a pouring cup, wherein the bottoms of the edge gating riser and the direct gating riser are connected with a diffuser wax part; the top surfaces of the edge gating riser and the direct gating riser are flush to each other; the tops of the edge gating riser and the direct gating riser are respectively connected with the bottom surface of a rectangular main runner which is kept flat; and the top surface of the main runner is connected with the pouring cup. According to the gating system, the casting defects such as sinkholes, burnt-on sand and metal spikes are prevented; the product yield is increased; the production cost is reduced; the gating system is suitable for impellers of a plurality of complicated three-dimensional spiral surrounding wheels which are complicated in internal structure and shape, large in wall margin, high in demands on manufacturing accuracy, especially, liquid high-pressure conveying equipment spare parts with relatively large wall margins of closed water conservancy and chemical engineering.
