Abstract

The invention discloses an environmental-friendly efficient natural gas hydrate inhibitor. The inhibitor is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of polypropylene glycol, 6-37 parts of polyvinyl caprolactam, and 20-60 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone. When the inhibitor is used, the dosage of the inhibitor is 0.5-3% of the volume of water in a system. The inhibitor disclosed by the invention better overcomes the defects of a traditional hydrate inhibition method, and overcomes abuses of large dosage, high expense and strong corrosion on pipelines of thermodynamics inhibitors at the same time. The main component, polypropylene glycol, of the hydrate inhibitor disclosed by the invention is not volatilized and corrosion-resistant, and polyvinylpyrrolidone is a substance with low toxin and better biocompatibility, so that the hydrate inhibitor is harmless to environment and organisms, the hydrate inhibitor does not pollute environment, and the environmental friendly requirement can be satisfied. The inhibitor disclosed by the invention does not have volatility, the chemical stability and the heat stability of the inhibitor are good within a temperature range of under 100 DEG C, and the inhibitor is incombustible and incorrosive and is convenient to implement.
