Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for removing insoluble organic matters in water, and relates to water treatment. According to the method, a power supply is started, a raw material gas enters an oxygen plasma generation source and is subjected to ionization and dissociation to generate an oxygen plasma gas; part of the oxygen plasma gas is introduced into an oxygen plasma gas concentration detector from the outlet of the oxygen plasma generation source, and the rest oxygen plasma gas enters a high-pressure ejector; after to-be-treated water is pumped to a filter, part of the to-be-treated water is fed into the high-pressure ejector to be subjected to gas-liquid mixing with the oxygen plasma gas entering the high-pressure ejector, and then flows into a mixer for further mixing; the oxygen plasma gas which is not dissolved in water is thermally decomposed into O2 by virtue of a gas-liquid separator and a residual gas eliminator and is emitted; a hydroxyl radical solution is generated from the oxygen plasma gas in a branch pipe, and is delivered into the mixer in a main pipe by virtue of the branch pipe; water containing organic pollutants is pumped into the filter, and the rest water is delivered into the mixer in the main pipe and sufficiently mixed with the hydroxyl radical solution delivered from the branch pipe, and the organic pollutants are quickly oxidatively degraded at the same time.
