Furthermore, a preparation method of the medium for cultivating pleurotus ostreatus by using bagasse comprises the following steps: (1) fully soaking the bagasse by virtue of water; (2) evenly mixing with the beer gains, the brain, the corn flour, the sugar, the lime and the gypsum form a medium; (3) enclosing the medium into a culture bag; and (4) sterilizing and cooling the culture bag with the medium for later use.
