The invention discloses a C3S (3CaO.SiO2) type sulfoaluminate cement clinker and a preparation method, coexistence of C3S (3CaO.SiO2) and C4A3S (anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate) can be implemented under the condition of low temperature and high content of SO3, the C3S type sulfoaluminate cement clinker is prepared, and comprises the following chemical components: 45%-60% of CaO, 7%-13% of SiO2, 20%-35% of Al2O3, 1.6%-9% of Fe2O3, 5%-12% of SO3, 0.2%-1.0% of CaF2, 0.0%-0.2% of ZnO, the basicity coefficient cm is 1.2-1.5, and the aluminum and sulfur ratio is controlled in 5-4. The preparation method is as follows: the existing C2S (2CaO.SiO2) type sulphoaluminate cement clinker production line is used for production, and the difference is in firing temperature.
