The grabbing device comprises a station shaft, a shifting fork wheel, an adjustable gear shaft, a gear set, a grabbing disc and a buffer platform; each grabbing head is composed of a plurality of magnet sets; the grabbing disc is composed of the grabbing heads, a guide ring, a cam, a left cover plate, a right cover plate and an isolation ring and is connected with the gear set through the shaft; the shifting fork wheel is meshed with the station shaft and is connected with the gear set through the adjustable gear shaft; the grabbing disc rotates by 135 degrees, then the workpieces are separated from the grabbing heads and slide into the buffer platform, and automatic online grabbing of the workpieces can be completed.
