The desalting device comprises a main equipment cabinet, a pre-treating module, a heating and waste heat recycling module, a mechanical vapor re-compressing module and a PLC (programmable logical control) control cabinet which are arranged in the main equipment cabinet, an evaporating module arranged outside the main equipment cabinet as well as connecting pipelines, wherein the pre-treating module comprises a self-backwashing filter, a dosing device and a three-directional control valve; the heating and waste heat recycling module comprises a condensed fresh water heat exchanger and a strong brine heat exchanger, a degassing device and a fresh water tank; the connecting pipelines comprise a sweater pipeline, a condensed fresh water production tube, a strong brine discharge tube and a strong brine circulating tube; and each module is connected to the PLC control cabinet and controlled by the PLC control cabinet. The efficient MVR integrated seawater desalting device disclosed by the invention is compact, small in size, high in assembling precision and convenient to mount and dismount on the spot, can be used for processing according to the modules and maintaining in blocks according to the functions. The device and the method disclosed by the invention are adopted to perform seawater desalting, so that the energy consumption is low, the operation is simple, and the large-scale application and popularization can be realized.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device and method for desalination of seawater by using mechanical steam recompression technology. Background technique [0002] my country has a large population, and fresh water resources are becoming increasingly scarce. The development of seawater desalination technology is of great significance to solve the shortage of fresh water resources. The seawater desalination technology based on the evaporation method has the advantages of water quality and cost that membrane separation, ion exchange and other methods do not have. However, traditional single-effect and multi-effect evaporation technologies need to provide a large amount of raw steam, and need to be equipped with coal-fired boilers and cooling systems, which will cause unavoidable energy consumption and a large amount of waste emissions. At the same time, the overall structure of the system is complicated, the volume is huge, the operation and maintenance are dif...
