Abstract

The ultraviolet curing coating is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-45 percent of two-functional-group polyurethane acrylate oligomer, 3-5 percent of graphitized carbon nanofiber, 5-12 percent of an initiator, 1-3 percent of a surface additive, 5-10 percent of a solubilizing assistant, 10-20 percent of a reactive diluent, 1-2 percent of polyacrylate or an organosilicon levelling agent, and 10-30 percent of an inert solvent. The ultraviolet curing coating is excellent in levelling effect, high in curing speed, excellent in weather resistance, and higher in salt fog resistance, ageing resistance, abrasion resistance, scratching resistance, adhesive force and hot and cold impact resistance.
