Embodiment 1

[0027] Grind the fly ash into fine powder, pass through a 200-mesh sieve, put it in a muffle furnace, calcinate at 800°C for 3 hours, wash it twice with water at a temperature of 75°C and a speed of 200r / min, each time 1.5 h, and then carry out solid-liquid separation of the washing liquid and fly ash, and dry the separated solid at 120°C for 5 hours for later use; the pretreated fly ash and Na 2 CO 3 The solid mass ratio is 1:1 and mixed evenly. After roasting at 800°C for 1 hour, take it out and cool it to 25°C for later use; then impregnate the roasted product with 5 mol / L HCl for 120 minutes, filter to remove insoluble matter, and obtain silica-rich gel and crude AlCl 3 solution. Adjust crude AlCl with 5mol / L NaOH 3 pH value of the solution to 3.8, filtered to remove Fe(OH) 3 , the filtrate continued to add NaOH dropwise until the precipitation in the filtrate no longer increased, and the Mg(OH) was removed by filtration. 2 Waiting for other insoluble matter, the pH v...

Embodiment 2

[0031] Grind the fly ash into fine powder, pass through a 200-mesh sieve, place it in a muffle furnace, calcinate at 750°C for 3 hours, then wash it with water three times at a temperature of 75°C and a speed of 300r / min. 1.5h, and then carry out solid-liquid separation between the washing liquid and the fly ash, and the separated solid is dried at 120°C for 5 hours for later use; the pretreated fly ash and Na 2 CO 3 Mix evenly at a mass ratio of 1:1.5, roast at 700°C for 2 hours, take out and cool to 25°C for later use; then impregnate the roasted product with 4mol / L HCl for 120min, filter to remove insoluble matter, and obtain silica-rich gel and crude AlCl 3 solution. Adjust crude AlCl with 4mol / L NaOH 3 pH of the solution to 4.0, filtered to remove Fe(OH) 3 , the filtrate continued to add NaOH dropwise until the precipitation in the filtrate no longer increased, and the Mg(OH) was removed by filtration. 2 Waiting for other insoluble matter, the pH value of filtrate is...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a P type molecular sieve by using coal ash as a raw material. The method for preparing the P type molecular sieve by using coal ash as the raw material comprises the following steps: I, pre-treating and activating coal ash; II, preparing sodium silicate and sodium metaaluminate by using activated coal ash; and III, synthesizing the P type molecular sieve: firstly, uniformly mixing a sodium silicate solution with a sodium salt, then, dropwise adding the sodium metaaluminate solution into the mixed liquid, and finally, adding an organic steric hindering agent and a proper amount of deionized water to form a reaction mixture, wherein the molar ratios of the reaction mixture are as follows: SiO2 / Al2O3=0.4-1.8, M / Al2O3=1-5, Na2O / Al2O3=2-4 and H2O / SiO2=20-150 and the organic spatial steric hindering agent is at least one of ethanol amine, diethanol amine and triethanol amine; packing the mixed materials in a polytetrafluoroethylene container, stirring, then putting in a stainless steel reaction kettle, and carrying out hydro-thermal synthesis for 2-8 hours; and taking out products in the reaction kettle, carrying out centrifugal separation and washing by deionized water, and drying to obtain the P type molecular sieve. The method provided by the invention is short in synthetic cost, short in crystallization time and high in yield of the P type molecular sieve.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a molecular sieve synthesis method, in particular to a method for preparing a P-type molecular sieve by using fly ash as a raw material. Background technique [0002] P-type molecular sieve has a clinline zeolite framework structure, and the pores in its eight-membered ring structure are composed of two-dimensional channels of 0.31nm × 0.44nm and 0.26nm × 0.49nm. Or the performance of liquid, it is often used in industry to deal with toxic radioactive elements in sewage, and to prepare environmentally friendly cleaning agents. P-type molecular sieve has good selectivity and ion exchange performance for calcium, magnesium and potassium ions in aqueous solution, and its unique mesopore structure makes it have a high adsorption capacity of non-ionic surfactants, which can improve a certain amount of detergent in detergents. Therefore, P-type molecular sieves are widely used in the fields of detergent builders, water treatment and...
