The compositions are useful in a variety of dental applications. Background technique [0002] Dental composites are well known in dentistry and are widely used as restorative materials (filling composites) or as cements (resin cements) in the field of restorative dentistry. In general, the composite material is hydrophobic in nature and contains inorganic filler, (meth)acrylate-based resin matrix and free radical polymerization initiator as main parts of the formulation.
