Abstract

The invention discloses a control system for biochemical immunity detection equipment. The control system comprises a main controller with a micro processing function, a motion control card and a multi-serial-port card. The main controller comprises a calculation module, an optimization scheduling module and a control module. The biochemical immunity detection equipment is mainly composed of five sub function equipment modules, namely, a sample adding arm, a mechanical arm, an incubation oscillator, a plate washing machine and a detector. The working efficiency of the detection equipment is maximized by reasonably controlling coordinate work of the five sub function equipment modules, namely, the sample adding arm, the mechanical arm, the incubation oscillator, the plate washing machine and the detector by adoption of a scheduling control strategy. Therefore, the control system for biochemical immunity detection equipment has great application values in reducing detection waiting time of patients, avoiding subjective factors in the detection process and other aspects.
