Problems solved by technology

In July 2008, Wang Juan and others published the article "An Algorithm for Automatic Stitching of Cylindrical Panoramic Images" in the journal "Computer Application Research". Registration block, and then realize the registration of two images, this method is not suitable for the measured object with no easily distinguishable features on the surface
However, in the forging site of large forgings, since the forging temperature of forgings is between 1000°C and 1200°C, common targets cannot be used for splicing

Embodiment Construction

[0038] The specific implementation of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the technical scheme and the accompanying drawings. Here, the image data splicing method using laser-assisted large-scale forging size measurement will be described with the splicing process of two sets of binocular camera image data.

[0039] The camera model adopts the classic pinhole imaging model, and the calibration of internal camera parameters includes four internal parameters {f x , f y ,u 0 ,v 0}, forming the internal parameter matrix

[0040] K = f x 0 u 0 0 f y ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a splicing method for measuring image data with large forgings assisted by lasers, and belongs to the field of image processing and computer vision detection. The method comprises the steps that two different laser devices are used for constructing feature points on a metal surface, and the image data can be spliced under complex working conditions; two sets of adjacent binocular cameras carry out image data rough matching through light spots projected by point laser devices, meanwhile, a conversion matrix is obtained, linear laser devices are used for projecting grids, the rough matching conversion matrix is adopted as an initial value, image data fine matching is carried out, and splicing is achieved after redundant data are removed. The three light spots of different sizes are adopted as feature points in image data rough matching, error matching is effectively avoided, and matching precision is improved. The conversion matrix obtained through rough matching is adopted as the initial value in fine matching, and the computation quantity of correcting the conversion matrix is reduced. In the splicing process, a measurement system is taken as a multi-binocular measurement system, the method has no precise requirement for the position of a target, and implementation is easy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of image processing and computer vision detection, and in particular relates to a splicing method of image data in a laser-assisted size measurement system for large forgings. Background technique [0002] Image data stitching is an important step in the multi-eye measurement system to realize the size measurement and three-dimensional shape reconstruction of the measured object. The image data mosaic technology transforms the data points collected from different viewing angles into the global coordinate system according to the characteristics of the public field of view. The multi-eye visual measurement system using image data splicing technology can effectively expand the measurement range. [0003] Extracting the features of the common field of view between two adjacent cameras is the basis for image data stitching. At present, there are two methods for feature extraction. First, the shape features of the object ...
