The kit comprises a specific primer pair and a solid-phase carrier, wherein the specific primer pair is used for obtaining the nucleic acid segment containing the to-be-tested SNP site by non-single molecule amplification; the solid-phase carrier is used for fixing the nucleic acid segment containing the to-be-tested SNP site in the addressable manner.
