Abstract

The first coagulating bath is composed of 60-80wt% of aprotic polar solvent, 5-20wt% of CaCl2, and the balance of water; the second coagulating bath is composed of 50-80wt% of aprotic polar solvent, 5-20wt% of CaCl2, and the balance of water; the concentration of the aprotic polar solvent in the second coagulating bath is lower than that of the aprotic polar solvent in the first coagulating bath. Filament fiber obtained by the process has high mechanical properties.
