Embodiment Construction

[0025] See figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 with Figure 4 As shown,

[0026] Step 1: Select the tamarisk with a large amount of calcium oxalate, calcium carbonate and other ingredients and have a porous structure that grows in the saline-alkali soil. The specific method is: cut the tamarisk to 20×10×3mm 3 The block is first boiled in 5% ammonia water at 100°C for 8 hours for extraction pretreatment, then washed with deionized water, and dried in an oven at 80°C for 24 hours.

[0027] Step 2: Soak the tamarisk obtained in step 1 with a 0.5% potassium permanganate solution for 1 hour, wash with deionized water, and dry it in a drying cabinet at 80°C for 24 hours.

[0028] Step 3: Use alcohol to immerse the tamarisk obtained in step 2 for 24 hours, and dry it in a drying box at 80°C for 1 hour to quickly evaporate the alcohol. Repeat this step 5 times.

[0029] Step 4: The vacuum furnace is heated to 200°C, and then the temperature is increased by 10°C per hour at 240°C, and the tamaris...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a bionic erosion-resisting composite material enhanced phase based on rose willow. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step1, extracting the rose willow by utilizing ammonia water; step 2, oxidizing the extracted rose willow obtained in the step 1 by utilizing a KMNO solution; step 3, impregnating the rose willow obtained in step 2 by utilizing organic solvent, and rapidly evaporating the organic solvent; step 4, carbonizing the rose willow obtained in step 3; step 5, impregnating the carbonized matter obtained in the step 4 in organic silicon resin solution under the vacuum negative pressure condition; step 6, sintering the carbonized matter impregnated with the organic silicon resin obtained in the step 5 at a high temperature. By adopting the preparation method, while partial chemical components and the porous structural shape of the rose willow are maintained, the indexes of the composite material such as the erosion resistance, rigidness and the like are enhanced; the prepared bionic composite material has the characteristics of vibration absorption, friction reduction and abrasion resistance, and a better choice and various concepts can be provided for bionic erosion-resisting composite material.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a bionic anti-erosion material, in particular to a preparation method of a biomimetic anti-erosion composite material reinforcement phase based on desert tamarisk. technical background [0002] Erosion wear is a kind of wear, which is widely present in modern industrial production, such as the wear of mortar pump flow parts, pipes and valves in mines and power plants. These wear parts not only have to withstand the erosion and cutting action of solid particles, but also withstand the corrosive action of liquid media and the action of high temperature. The working environment is extremely harsh, so the service life of these wear parts is relatively low. . In order to pursue higher-quality anti-erosion materials, people have conducted various explorations and studies. There are many methods for preparing anti-erosion materials: 1. Composite materials can be used, such as the invention patent with the applicat...
