Embodiment 1

[0015] Feed normal mice, and measure the body weight, abdominal fat and leg muscle ratio after feeding the samples. 50 Kunming male mice were pre-raised for one week and randomly divided into two groups, and each group was fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0% and 0.02% sample (formulation example) respectively (Table 1). The animals were fasted for 12 hours before slaughter, their body weight was measured, and they were sacrificed by breaking the cervical spine. The abdominal fat and leg muscles on both sides were stripped off, weighed, and stored at -70°C after quick freezing in liquid nitrogen until testing.

[0037] The test site is a pig farm in Nanning, Guangxi. 200 long×big×big three-yuan pigs with similar weight (about 60KG) were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.
