The cleanser is composed of polyhexamethylene bis-guanidine hydrochloride, polyhexamethylene mono-guanidine hydrochloride, octyl phenol polyethenoxy ether, coconut diethanolamide and deionized water. The method comprises the following steps: adding part of deionized water into a container, heating, adding a polyhexamethylene mono-guanidine hydrochloride solid and a polyhexamethylene bis-guanidine hydrochloride water solution, and sufficiently stirring; sequentially adding the octyl phenol polyethenoxy ether and coconut diethanolamide, and stirring uniformly; adding the rest of deionized water, and mixing and stirring to obtain the disinfecting and sterilizing cleanser for computers.
