The tobramycin-dexamethasone eye drops are characterized in that the used dexamethasone micro-powder meets the grain size conditions that D50 is in a range of 3.0-4.0 microns, the maximum grain size is less than 30 microns, a ratio of micro-powder grains having sizes of 1-5 microns is in a range of 60-66%, a ratio of the micro-powder grains having sizes of 5-10 microns is in a range of 21-26%, and a ratio of the micro-powder grains having sizes less than or equal to 10 microns is in a range of 92-98%.
