Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing fiber-enhanced foam concrete, wherein mekralon is added for preparing the foam concrete, thereby enhancing rupture strength of the foam concrete and reducing contraction. The fiber-enhanced foam concrete is prepared by the following components by weight: 980-990g of sulphoaluminate early strength cement, 10-20g of fiber, and 550-650g of water, wherein the volume (ml) of the foam is 600-900% that of the added water. The method comprises: dispersing the mekralon in the sulphoaluminate early strength cement based on the formula amounts, stirring in a cement paste mixer, stewing for 20min after uniformly stirring cement slurry, and then adding foam, to form the uniformly-mixed slurry; and forming, maintaining in a standard maintaining case, and then detecting rupture strength and contraction value thereof. The rupture strength is greatly raised, and most reaches 1.45 times that without adulteration, and toughness is greatly improved.
