The preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing 100 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of polyhydroxy polysiloxane, 20 parts of methyl hydrogen silicone oil, 6 parts of i-PrOH and 0.5 part of H2PtC16-PrOH solution containing 2% of platinum together, and then foaming at the room temperature and crosslinking to form gelatin sponge.
