The medicament provided by the invention can be used for treating osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis complicated with osteoporosis, is safe and effective, and has the characteristics of exact curative effect, small dosage, safe administration, no toxic or side effect and the like, compared with similar medicaments.
