Abstract

The invention discloses a method for degrading gossypol in cottonseed meal by applying oxidase. The method comprises the following steps of: spraying an oxidase aqueous solution and hydrogen peroxide with concentration of 1 / 10000 to the surface of cottonseed meal, wherein the mass ratio of the oxidase aqueous solution to the cottonseed meal is (1:9)-(4:1); and keeping the oxidase aqueous solution and the cottonseed meal for 10-30 hours at 20 DEG C-40 DEG C, and taking out the cottonseed meal. According to the method for degrading gossypol in cottonseed meal by applying oxidase disclosed by the invention, the oxidase can be used for degrading bound gossypol and free gossypol in the cottonseed meal, and the substances generated by degrading are pyrocatechin, i.e., catechol and a derivative thereof. The catechol and the derivative thereof have an antibacterial effect and an anti-oxidation effect, so that the adding amount of the antibiotics and antioxidant in the cottonseed meal feed is reduced, and therefore, the method not only can be used for detoxifying, but also can be used for lowering the amount of the antibiotics and the antioxidant, and is simple and economical.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for degrading gossypol in cottonseed cake, in particular to a method for degrading gossypol in cottonseed cake with oxidase. Background technique [0002] Cottonseed meal is a by-product of cottonseed oil extraction and is an important protein feed resource, with a crude protein content of 30% to 45%. However, because it contains bound gossypol and toxic free gossypol, it will have obvious adverse effects on animal production, development and reproduction, thus limiting the safe and effective use of cottonseed meal as protein feed for livestock and poultry. Its utilization value and usage are greatly limited. For this reason, relevant researchers at home and abroad have carried out extensive and in-depth research on the detoxification methods and approaches of cottonseed meal, and achieved many research results. Such as physical method, chemical method and microbial fermentation method, etc. Among them, the hydrother...
