Abstract

The invention discloses a fiber Bragg grating vibration sensing measurement system and a use method. An upper computer is connected with a tunable laser source, an acquisition card and a signal processing circuit, wherein a synchronous triggering output port of the tunable laser source is connected with a synchronous triggering input port of the acquisition card; laser output by the laser source is connected to one laser splitting port of a coupler; a combination port of the coupler is in series connection with n fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) which are distributed at different test positions and have different working wavelength regions; and the other laser splitting port of the coupler is connected with a photoelectric detector and connected to the acquisition card through the signal processing circuit. During use, in a vibration-free initial state, the n FBGs are subjected to spectral scanning; the acquisition card synchronously acquires, selects and stores a set wavelength lambda(m) of the FBGs; and the acquisition card acquires reflection light power information of the vibrated FBGs to the lambda(m) according to an acquisition frequency set by the upper computer and sends the information to the upper computer for fast Fourier transformation (FFT) to obtain a vibration frequency of each point. The fiber Bragg grating vibration sensing measurement system can monitor a plurality of points, is high in measurement precision and high in anti-noise property, and can dynamically measure and demodulate high-frequency signals at high speed to instantly obtain a result.
