Abstract

The invention provides an underground horizontal drilling tool vibration sensor based on a triboelectric effect, and relates to the field of vibration sensors. The underground horizontal drilling tool vibration sensor based on the triboelectric effect comprises a shell, a guide rod, a vibration body, a first copper electrode and a second copper electrode. The guide rod is arranged in the shell; the first copper electrode and the second copper electrode are arranged at the bottom in the shell at an interval along the guide rod and are used for being connected with an external circuit; a second friction layer is attached to the upper surfaces of the first copper electrode and the second copper electrode; a rotating body is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the vibrating body; the first friction layer is arranged on the outer side of the rotating body in a surrounding mode and abuts against the second friction layer. The two ends of the vibrating body are connected with the shell through elastic pieces respectively. The vibrating body, the guide rod and the elastic piece are matched, so that the vibrating body can move back and forth along the guide rod, and the rotating body is driven to roll back and forth on the second friction layer; the sensitivity of the underground horizontal drilling tool vibration sensor based on the triboelectric effect can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of vibration sensors, in particular to a vibration sensor of downhole horizontal drilling tools based on triboelectric effect. Background technique [0002] With the depletion of surface energy, people's demand for deep resources is increasingly strong, and the application of deep well drilling tools is more and more extensive. However, the drilling tool will generate vibration during use, and it is difficult to monitor the vibration from the ground, so it needs to be monitored at the head of the drilling tool. The monitoring of vibration is conducive to real-time reaction of downhole working condition information, timely detection of abnormality in work, and adjustment of drilling tools to maintain a relatively good working condition to prevent damage to drilling tools due to vibration. [0003] When the vibration sensor based on the triboelectric effect vibrates, the contact of the friction layer will generate a po...
